These Terms of Service govern your use of the Teeklynk software and any additional services offered by or available from Teeklynk (the “Services”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully.
YOUR ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND USE OF THE SERVICES SIGNIFIES THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AND YOU CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS OF SERVICE”) DISCLOSED HEREIN. YOU AND TEEKLYNK INTEND THAT THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OR ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES.
Changes to the Terms of Service
We may change these Terms of Service at any time. You are responsible for checking these terms periodically for changes. If you continue to use the Services after we post changes to these Terms of Service, you are signifying your acceptance of the new terms.
Communications
Users of the Service also understand that the Service may include communications from Teeklynk, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and survey invitations, and that these communications are considered part of Teeklynk’s free registration and paid subscriptions. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to these Terms of Use.
Accuracy of Data
Though Teeklynk strives for result accuracy, works on meticulously improving its logic, and returns accurate results for the vast majority of tool queries submitted, Teeklynk has no control over YouTube or third-party data sources, so cannot ensure 100% accuracy with every result.
User Agreement
As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Teeklynk.
Users of Teeklynk Services Agree:
You will not use Teeklynk to carry out unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory actions.
You will not take any action that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Teeklynk.
You will not collect users’ content or information, or otherwise access Teeklynk, using automated means (such as crawlers, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
You will not upload viruses or other documents with malicious intent.
You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
You will not upload content that legally belongs to another person or entity.
You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
Termination
Your right to use Teeklynk automatically terminates at the end of the term of our agreement and earlier if you violate these Terms of Service in connection with your use of Teeklynk. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of Teeklynk, in the event that you breach these Terms of Service, with or without notice.
Changes to Teeklynk
We may discontinue or change any service or feature provided at https://teeklynk.com at any time.
Copyright Abuse
We respond expeditiously to notices of claimed copyright infringement and terminate users or account holders who are “repeat infringers.” Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we respond to notices of copyright infringement if they conform with the requirements of 17 USC 512(c).
Limitation of Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Teeklynk be liable to you or any third person for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Teeklynk has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
Statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
Any content posted on the Website or transmitted to Registrants or Members;
Any inaccurate or out-of-date content produced by the tools or published in the guides, blog, or Website;
Any other matter relating to the Service.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, Teeklynk’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Teeklynk in the twelve (12) months prior to the claimed injury or damage.
Terms
These Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or are a Member. You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. Teeklynk may terminate your membership at any time.** All decisions regarding the termination of accounts shall be made at the sole discretion of Teeklynk. Teeklynk is not required, and may be prohibited, from disclosing a reason for the termination of your account. Even after your membership or subscription is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. Teeklynk reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
